چکیده

Graphene twistronics using multilayer graphene is presented in such a way that it provides metamaterial effect. This manuscript also analyzes the prediction of behavior machine learning. The effect achieved by twisting layers. new concept for changing electrical and optical properties bilayer applying small angle twist between twists 5°, 10°, 15° are analyzed proposed design. Tuning absorption spectrum to angles graphene. Results form absorption, conductivity, permeability, permittivity, impedance different angles. twisted layers demonstrate negative permittivity similar metamaterials. These refraction provide flexibility transparency, which can be applied photovoltaic applications. Machine-learning-based regression models used reduce simulation time resources. results show model reliably estimate intermediate wavelength values with an R2 0.9999.

Molecular Spectrum Capture by Tuning the Chemical Potential of Graphene

Due to its adjustable electronic properties and effective excitation of surface plasmons in the infrared and terahertz frequency range, research on graphene has attracted a great deal of attention. Here, we demonstrate that plasmon modes in graphene-coated dielectric nanowire (GNW) waveguides can be excited by a monolayer graphene ribbon. What is more the transverse resonant frequency spectrum ...

The tuning of light-matter coupling and dichroism in graphene for enhanced absorption: Implications for graphene-based optical absorption devices

The inter-band optical absorption in graphene characterized by its fine-structure constant has a universal value of 2.3% independent of the material parameters. However, for several graphenebased photonic applications, enhanced optical absorption in graphene is highly desired. In this work, we quantify the tunability of optical absorption in graphene via the Fermi level in graphene, angle of in...

Achieving transparency with plasmonic and metamaterial coatings.

The possibility of using plasmonic and metamaterial covers to drastically reduce the total scattering cross section of spherical and cylindrical objects is discussed. While it is intuitively expected that increasing the physical size of an object may lead to an increase in its overall scattering cross section, here we see how a proper design of these lossless metamaterial covers near their plas...

A dynamically reconfigurable Fano metamaterial through graphene tuning for switching and sensing applications

We report on a novel electrically tunable hybrid graphene-gold Fano resonator. The proposed metamaterial consists of a square graphene patch and a square gold frame. The destructive interference between the narrow- and broadband dipolar surface plasmons, which are induced respectively on the surfaces of the graphene patch and the gold frame, leads to the plasmonic equivalent of electromagnetica...
